smsfaudits.com is run by SMSF Audits Pty Ltd (ABN 96 850 710 635). By using the site you accept these terms. Each audit is governed by its engagement letter, not by these terms.

What you read here, including our Insights and the independence check, is general information about our audits and the rules that apply to SMSFs. It isn't advice for your situation, your firm or your clients'. Please check the current law, or ask us, before you act on it.
3. Our content
The words, pictures, checklist and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view, print and download them for your firm's own use. Please don't copy them for another purpose without asking us.
4. The audit checklist
The checklist lists what we usually need. A fund may need more, depending on what it holds and what happened during the year.
5. Links to other sites
We link to other sites, such as ABN Lookup, ASIC's register, the ATO and our client portal. We aren't responsible for other sites' content or how they handle your information.
6. Our responsibility
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it may sometimes be out of date or unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
